Your journal entries are deeply personal. We take that seriously. This policy explains exactly what we collect, how we use it, and your rights over your data.

When you tap "Get Insight," your journal entry is sent to OpenAI's GPT-4o API for analysis. This is how Uncloud generates emotional pattern recognition and personalized reflections.

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (cloud infrastructure provider). Data is stored on servers in the United States.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@uncloud.polsia.app.

Upon deletion request, we will remove all journal entries, insights, and personal information within 30 days.
