By using Uncloud, you agree to these terms. They're written to be clear and fair. If something is confusing, email us — we'll explain it in plain English.

1. What Uncloud Is

Uncloud is a self-reflection journaling tool powered by AI. It helps you write, understand patterns in your thinking, and connect your writing to personal goals.

Uncloud is not a mental health treatment, therapy service, clinical diagnosis tool, or medical device. It is a personal productivity and self-awareness tool only. See our Mental Health Disclaimer for important details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Uncloud. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss due to service unavailability.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@uncloud.polsia.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules.
